這次的新作品是記錄我曾經在印度冥想的一段感受。
在印度北部的一個小鎮 Rishikesh ，被稱為
"Gateway to the Garhwal Himalayas 通往喜馬拉雅山之門" and " Yoga Capital of the world 瑜珈行者聖地" .
當時參加了一個10天的短期禪修體驗營，位置附臨於恆河旁邊，大家每天都會走到河邊，靜靜地與自己内心對語。記得其中一天的課程，Guru 老師講了一番話。我們的生活就如川流不息的河水，會遇到各種風浪，但我們可以透過冥想讓自己内心平靜，彷彿水底下的世界是完全不受水面外的世界影響，用平靜的心對待，执著，不糾結，不標籤。
